Your role: Our Associate Wealth Management Advisor will be guided by a lead advisor to manage and enrich existing client relationships of our firm. Areas of emphasis include understanding a variety of investments, financial and retirement planning including working with financial planning software to prepare and update financial plans. You’ll participate in fun and meaningful client appreciation and educational events.

 

Your Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this full-time career position will have

  • Two or more years of experience in financial services working with clients
  • Securities licenses are required, such as Series 6 or 7, 63, 65 or 66 and/or Securities Industry Essentials (SEI)
  • Life and Health Insurance Licenses
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, exceptional organizational dexterity and attention to detail are of utmost importance
  • Exceptional listening skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • A desire to work within the framework of a team while being independent in your responsibilities

***** A minimum of 3 years’ experience is a must, more is preferred. Experience can include working in a wealth management office or similar firm, a bank or an accounting office. Pay and benefits will be commensurate with your prior experience and will increase with the ability that you demonstrate to excel in your role and with your dedication to our firm. *****

Our ideal candidate is financially literate with experience working directly with financial accounts and is technologically proficient. A friendly, energetic, dependable, well-organized professional demeanor is a must. Confident, professional interaction with clients is expected. The position requires excellent interpersonal skills and phone demeanor, an extraordinary client service attitude, and genuine interest in people to prosper. Candidate must be detail-oriented and able to work independently with little supervision. You will be working with clients and their accounts as well as with staff and Wealth Management Advisors, including organizing important and detailed data, facilitating incoming transfers and rollover services, distributions from investment accounts, processing, client service requests, account research, and assisting with advancing systems and processes.. Each day brings new tasks which often build upon each other, with the satisfaction of project completion.
